MUDEB offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues that affect the normal use of the product.
What the Warranty Covers
- Structural or material defects
- Craftsmanship issues present at delivery
- Faults that occur under normal, intended use
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Improper use or handling
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage caused by external factors beyond normal use
Custom and Personalized Products
Custom or personalized products are covered only for workmanship and material defects.
Design choices, aesthetic preferences, or approved custom specifications are not covered.
Warranty Resolution
If a valid warranty claim is approved, MUDEB will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the affected part or product
- Offer an alternative solution
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
