Scope of Services
MUDEB offers:
- Custom-made and customized products
- Ready products with optional personalization
- Design-led crafted items made in-house
Services are provided locally within the UAE and internationally, subject to applicable laws and shipping limitations.
Orders and Custom Work
- Custom and personalized orders are produced specifically for you
- Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified
- Visual representations are indicative; minor variations may occur due to handcrafted processes
Communication
- WhatsApp is available for general inquiries and informal communication
- Email is used for official, legal, and business correspondence
- All agreements are valid only when confirmed in writing
International Customers
Customers outside the UAE are responsible for:
- Local customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- Compliance with their country's import regulations
MUDEB is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Limitation of Liability
MUDEB is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Delays beyond our reasonable control
- Misuse of products after delivery
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product, where legally permissible.
