Products
MUDEB offers:
- Limited-edition products released periodically
- Custom-made and customized products produced upon request
All products are crafted with care. Due to the nature of handcrafted work, minor variations may occur and are considered part of the product's character.
Orders and Payment
- All prices are shown on the website
- Orders are confirmed once payment is received
- MUDEB reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in exceptional cases
Custom Orders
Custom products are produced based on customer specifications confirmed before production.
Once production has started, custom orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded, unless required by applicable law.
Liability
MUDEB is not responsible for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use after delivery
- Indirect or consequential damages
Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product, where permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
