Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns only for non-customized products.

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unworn
  • The item is in its original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Custom and Personalized Items

Custom-made or personalized items, including engraved or specially commissioned products, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This is in accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations, which exclude customized goods from return eligibility.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo or video evidence

Approved cases will be resolved through repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If a return is approved, customers may place a new order separately.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is non-customized
  • The item is unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Customized or personalized items are excluded, as permitted under EU consumer law.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us via email or WhatsApp.
