Shipping Costs
- GCC shipping: Free of charge. Shipping costs are fully covered by MUDEB.
- International shipping: Shipping costs are paid by the customer, either at checkout or through a preferred arrangement where applicable.
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Responsibility and Delays
Once an order is shipped:

- Delivery timelines are managed by the shipping carrier
If a delay of more than 5 business days occurs due to the courier, customs, or other external factors outside MUDEB's control, we will proactively communicate with the customer and work closely with the shipping provider to ensure the shipment reaches its destination as soon as possible.
MUDEB guarantees active follow-up and support until delivery is completed.
